Also drop whatever might be suggested when you learn that this is a side project from Sesto Sento. In fact, for ‘side project’ read ‘completely fucked-up gimp brother locked up in the attic’. This is sinister folks, Free George Blow starts off with a kinda disco vibe, and just when the rapidly emptying dancefloor thinks you’ve gone all Rose Royce, the mother of all ‘ardness crashes in with a relentless beat that would have The Delta reaching for a change of underwear. Karnaval has another flirtation with the electro boogie woogie before wiping its nose on the disco collar and boshing another dozen E’s, evil kicks get distorted, everything feeds back on itself, and the effect of just playing it in your crib with a glass of chilled wine and some sparkling herbs is rather like being experimented upon by a bunch of horny hells angels.
