Squaremeat Illegal Operation EP Exogenic (Funland)

Woo-hoo! I have and will be playing this for ages, and here is why: I always knew it sounded great and then I played it out !!!!! Wow! :)  It's a three part funk-driven accelerating avalanche of a twisted psychedelic monster tune! Transcendental acid bubbles away kepping the top end turning over like a multicoloured spiralling disco fractal. It keeps morphing and twisting for over ten minutes and every minute is a minute of pure distilled fun :) Night Train on the flip is a fourteen minute journey and while not as good as Illegal Operation it's certainly no sloucher.
